Gas suppliers must have a complaints process. They must also reply to complaints and come to a decision within 8 weeks.
1. You could use Resolver.co.uk to file your complaint if your gas supplier uses that service. 2. Else, directly contact your gas supplier using contact details on a recent bill. 3. If you don't know your gas supplier, then contact the Meter Point Administration Service on 0870 608 1524, or via the Find My Supplier tool. 4. Explain the problem, and what you want them to do. 5. Keep records of email, letter or telephone correspondence.
