Network operators must have a complaints process. They must also reply to complaints and come to a decision within 8 weeks.

how to claim

1. Use your postcode to find out your network operator, and their contact details. 2. You could use Resolver.co.uk to file your complaint if your network operator uses that service. 3. Explain the problem, and what you want them to do. 4. Keep records of email, letter or telephone correspondence.
