what's on offer
If you have a disability and need facilities or adaptations to your home, you may be eligible for a disabled facilities grant (DFG). Adaptations can include level access showers, stair-lifts, provision of ramps, adaptations for people with sight, speech and hearing impairments or with a mental disorder or impairment.
how to claim
Call the Information and Access team on 020 7527 2299. Your home will need to be assessed by an Occupational Therapist to determine what adaptations may be needed.
