what's on offer
Grants of between £5,000 and £25,000 are available to provide free heating, insulation and ventilation improvements for low income Londoners who own their own homes or rent privately. If the application is successful, a survey will be needed to work out which improvements are most suitable. Options include heat pumps, insulation for walls, lofts and floors, heating system improvements or repairs, draughtproofing, and solar energy installations.
