Citizens Advice could help if you: 1. Have tried to contact your supplier and not got through. 2. Contacted your supplier but your problem hasn’t been fixed. 3. Have been disconnected or think you might be disconnected. 4. Have complex problems with your energy supply - for example, if your energy supply was switched without your agreement. 5. Are considered to be ‘vulnerable’ by your supplier.
